Focalor Pact to Destroy Enemies

Focalor's power is in the destruction of enemies, as well as to destroy buildings and vehicles. His is the power of the storm, and with it, he can strike down any foe. He can turn that power against those you choose, for a small price. Depending on the level of power we put into this pact, he can harass, harm, or even destroy an enemy entirely. He will ask for candles, incense, and in some cases, a dagger bought in his name and kept.
