Directions:
Always handle with great care. Pod should be placed on red or green cloth (we will supply small piece of red for you). Place this on your home altar to the back left. Keep the pod in front of you while doing meditation, attempting spiritual communication or doing distance energy work. When engaging in psychic operations place pod to your right hand. For increase of psychic power, intuition, clairvoyance and ability to read the heart the following meditation is given:
- Place the pod in your lap on top of a long red or green cloth
- Swing the head back and inhale visualizing and feeling cold energy going into the nose and down to the base of the spine
- Swing head forward exhale and visualize fire and heat going from base of spine to 3rd eye
- Repeat process 30 times
- After thirty breathes, place elbows on table, rest head in hands with fingertips on top of head. Block ears with thumbs.
- With eyes closed and ears blocked, chant Aum aloud. Allow it to vibrate within the head. Extend manta as long as possible to feel vibration in head.
- Repeat 10 times the chanting of Aum. Then keeping eyes closed and ears blocked listen deeply within the mind as long as possible. Strive for 10 - 15 minutes of silent listening.
