The Way of the Adawehi

This manual is a complete course in basic Asaga and Cherokee Shamanism. While the word "Shaman" is not a Cherokee word, it is what has been recognized in the English speaking world as pertaining to indigenous tribal spirituality, and so is used here in that context. Our spiritual leaders are known within the Tribe as "Adawehi". While this manual will not qualify you to use this title, if you learn it's practices well then you will be able to begin the first real steps down the spiritual path of "Shamanism" as most of our spiritual work, albeit with a different language, is the same as other shamanic cultures with reference to how the work is done in the spirit world.
