Power of the Naga Rat Dragon

The Naga Rat Dragon is the Protector of the Spiritual Path in the Nine Realms of the Underworld even as Mahakala is the Protector of the Dharma in the Thirteen Dimensions. As such, he is one with whom everyone on the spiritual path, and especially the Left-Hand Path, should desire to have an alliance. That is the purpose for this manual. He has also taken on a special role on behalf of those who serve as “Guardians of the Earth”. 
Naga Rat has been here since shortly after this world was created when Naga Liman birthed it at the request of the Great Mother Goddess Mahakali. While it is still a servant of Queen Naga Kanja and King Sesha, Naga Rat is still a very high ranking and powerful Naga Prince. Only a stone cold idiot would ever want to get him upset with them. Many who have were invited to dinner by him and found that they were the main course. 
Naga Rat is principally the Guardian of the Earth Keepers, those people who are dedicated to the protection and healing of Mother Earth, and he also helps others to see ways in which they can help the earth as well. Anyone whose intention is to serve the earth in a good way, even if they err in the process, will find that they can receive guidance from him and also a measure of protection while they are being educated concerning better ways to do their work. It is this reason alone that has kept many Monsanto scientists alive. Those who have more nefarious motives often get horrendous diseases and die painful deaths. 
To a lesser extent Naga Rat will also help anyone with a good heart that calls upon him for blessings and protection. It was for this reason that the talisman pictured in this manual was created, and this alliance will help anyone in this way who is a good person and asks for it whether they are an Earth Keeper or not. Destroyers of the earth would do well to avoid his attention.
