The Draconic Vengeance Empowerment

This energy was designed to fill a great need. The world has moved closer and closer to anarchy, and we have an increasing number of folks who think they can steal from others with no recourse. In many cases, that may be true. But for those allied to the Draconic current, stealing from us only invites destruction. This empowerment will bring that destruction to a magnified degree, and give access to it's energy to everyone, not just those shamans who have close alignment to our draconic brethren. How this energy works is, when someone robs you, or you pay for something that you don't receive, or pay for one thing and receive another, or any other injustice is done against you, this energy will force the karmic scales back into balance. What was lost will be returned. Either your stolen items will come back, or their monetary value will be given to you. And, twice it's value will be taken from the thief. Further, this energy will enslave them to serve the Draconic will for 9 lifetimes. So it is not a plaything, but neither is stealing from someone with the means to defend themselves.
