NONDISCOUNTABLE
Inflammation is a protective attempt by your body to remove the injurious stimuli and to get the healing process moving forward. Inflammation initially causes plasma cells, (white blood cells and their inflammatory chemicals) monocytes, macrophages leukocytes and granulocytes to move from the blood stream to the cells where the injury or foreign material is. Inflammation is necessary for a wound to heal. But it really must be carefully regulated by a person’s body. Different cells become present at the location if inflammation last longer than is necessary to heal the original reason inflammation was triggered. The cells that arrive later both destroy and heal tissue. However the ratio is not correct and more cells are being destroyed than healed and regenerated. Sometimes the body’s own immune system inappropriately triggers the inflammation response when there is no cause for it to do so. These are called autoimmune diseases. Your body’s normally protective immune system causes damage to its own tissues because it is responding as if normal tissues are infected or somehow abnormal. Many types of arthritis are worsened by inflammation. When a body area remains inflamed past the time that the body requires its condition for healing, the area can be red and tender. The skin above a joint or organ that is inflamed is hot and may be swollen. If in a joint, there is usually joint pain associated with moving or even touching the joint. This empowerment will help reduce inflammation and promote healing.
